We do offer after hours drop-offs/night drops! In order to be able to safely secure your car when someone is not present to take it into service, there are a few steps that are MANDATORY when dropping off. We will NOT be responsible for any theft or damage that occurs from dropping your car off without following the proper procedure.
First we will cover the DO NOT’s
Leave your car parked where it WILL NOT obstruct any paths that traffic may flow through. (i.e. gates, garage/bay doors, behind/in front of other vehicles, blocking the shoulder of the highway)
DO NOT leave your keys in your car or on the car. We have a secure key drop.
DO NOT only follow half of the steps (failure to follow any steps will result in storage fees as WE WILL NOT WORK on the vehicle without proper documentation prior to starting diagnosis.)
Night Drop Procedure
Park or have the tow truck driver leave the vehicle in the designated area, ensure you are following the parking guide lines.
Take a photo of your vehicle in the designated area, Take a photo of the VIN. Take a photo or video of the concern/repair/damage on the vehicle (i.e. the reason you need to have it brought in for service) Take a photo of your driver license.
Send a TEXT MESSAGE with the photos you have taken of the vehicle, YOUR NAME, phone number, email, your drivers license, a brief written description of the issue/concern.
Take your keys to the designated box and make sure they fully go into the box. (REMOVE HOUSE KEYS, KEY FOBS, ANY OTHER KEYS/ITEMS; we only need the individual key or key fob)
Alexander will reach out to you when he arrives at the office the next morning.
FAILURE to follow the night drop procedure will result in you vehicle not being worked on. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not attempt to find the vehicle owner and will have the vehicle moved to the back where a storage fee will start to incur immediately at the rate of $100 per day.
